The Challenges and Progress sections are all about achieving goals.

With the connection of a fitness tracker, you have the possibility to participate in many different types of challenges or create your own challenge and compete with your colleagues.

Set out with your colleagues to climb Mount Everest or even the moon and find out who contributed the most to your success.

And don't worry: only nicknames are used in the winner's table - so you can enjoy your ranking completely anonymously!

The Progress section is all about your personal health goals. Achieve your weekly goal each week. Focus equally on mindfulness, minutes of exercise, and acquiring health-related knowledge.
