The VITY App is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and is published by us, eTherapists GmbH.
We are committed to the continuous development and improvement of the app and the service. To be able to respond to feedback as quickly as possible, there is usually a new version of the app every two weeks. To benefit from the improvements in the best possible way, we recommend activating automatic app updates.
Here's how to update all your Android apps automatically:
- Open the Google Play Store app Google Play
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap Settings, then Network Settings, then Automatic app updates
- Select an option:
a. Network: apps are updated either over Wi-Fi or mobile data.
b. Wi-Fi only: Apps are only updated when the device is connected to a Wi-Fi.
Note: If an account on your device has a login error, apps may not update automatically.
To update individual Android apps automatically:
- Open the Google Play Store app Google Play
- Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner
- Tap Manage apps and devices
- Tap Manage and find the app you want to automatically update
- Tap the app to open its detail page
- On the app's details page, tap the three-dot menu Three-dot menu
- Check Auto Updates.
When updates are available, the app will update automatically. If you want to turn off automatic updating, uncheck the Auto Update On option.
Updating apps on your Apple device
