Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot your password?"
Enter your VITY ID OR the email address you signed in with.

If you originally registered with Google or Apple Sign-up, you will be informed to log in using the respective method
Note: No password reset is required in this case, your device must have the relevant Google/Apple account signed in for you to be able to select it for login.
If you registered with an email address & password, you will be sent a mail to the respective email address and must follow the instructions provided to you in the email.
Note: The email is valid for 24 hours. Please be sure to check your Spam folder if you cannot find the email.
