Deletion request via the app
You have the option to delete your account and your personal data.
IMPORTANT: AS SOON AS YOU INITIATE THIS PROCESS, IT WILL BE DELETED. YOU WILL BE LOGGED OUT OF THE APP AND YOUR DATA WILL BE IRREVOCABLY DELETED. SO BE 100% SURE THAT YOU REALLY WANT TO DELETE YOUR DATA.
To request deletion of your account and personal data, open the app and navigate as follows:
- Menu (three bars on the top left)
- Account
- Manage account
- Delete account
- Request deletion
- Enter your email address (please make sure you do not mistype)
Done. Your account and the associated personal data will now be deleted automatically within three business days.
Request via support
If you do not use the app for any reason (anymore), but still want to delete your personal data and account, you can do this via our customer support support@vity.be.
Important: Since this is personal data, you must prove to us that the data belongs to you. To do this, it is imperative that you write to us via the email account that you used to register in the app, so that our Customer Support can identify you.
If you have registered with your Apple ID and used an alias email address, please mention it in your request. Our Customer Support will then verify this alias email address.
