In order to create an account in VITY, you need a so-called ""VITY ID"". You will be asked for it only once before creating your account in the application.
Multiple use or sharing of the same VITY ID is not possible, so you can only use it for a single account creation.
Vity is a partnership of 4 healthcare companies. It is only available if you meet at least one of the following conditions:
- Do you have P&V insurance for yourself or your family?
- You have a loyalty card with one of our Multipharma pharmacies.
- You or a member of your family is affiliated with Solidaris.
- Your employer has a Cohezio contract.
This ID code will be communicated to you by one of these partners or your employer if you are eligible for the service.
You can now use your VITY ID in the next step to register with the application. Here, you can freely choose to use your private e-mail address, Google ID or Apple ID, or your professional e-mail address.
