French-speaking user in Belgium: Why is the app showing in English?

Modified on Mon, 8 Sep at 11:46 AM

The Vity app is currently available in French (France) — this is the default language used for French content.

? Why are you seeing the app in English?

If your phone is set to French (Belgium) (FR-BE), some devices may not recognize this language variant as supported by the app.
In that case, your phone automatically switches to a fallback language — often English.

✅ How to display the app in French?

To see the app in French, you simply need to force the use of French (France) for the app.

On iPhone (iOS):

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Vity.

2. Tap on Language.

3. Select Français (France).

On Android (if supported by your device):

1. Long press on the Vity app icon.

2. Tap the "i" button or App info.

3. Look for the App language option.

4. Select Français (France).

? If this option isn’t available, you can change your phone’s main language in the system settings to French (France).
